What is TrickNote?

TrickNote is a special notebook for magicians. This book can help you to systematize your magic trick, routine, or ideas. In TrickNote you can search a trick by routine time, level number, and type.

The idea

The idea was born in Damien White’s head, who would like to systematizing his own tricks. We live in a digital world, but many people like the paper jotting, but without suitable system our tricks will be just a chaos of paper slips. TrickNote offers an elegant solution for the prevention of this.

About Damien

Damien is the founder of the first Hungarian Magic Theater in Budapest. His speciality are the close up magic and mentalism. He likes to approach the magic from psychological side. He said, the hand not faster at the eye, but lot faster at the mind.

How it is work...

What you can find inside TrickNote

In TrickNote you can find four chapter, with 100 blank pages for your tricks, a lot of space for your favorite links, and 20 pages for your draws and ideas.

1. Trick List – This is a table of contents, where you can find your tricks easily.
2. Tricks – In this chapter you can write down all your favorite tricks, and systematize it with several types, like routine times, trick types, etc.
3. Notes – In this chapter you can find blank pages where you can write or draw down your magic ideas, illusion plans, etc.
4. Links – Keep your best and favorite webpage links and URL address in a safe place. In this chapter.

 

Signs in the book

In TrickNote there are only four sign, which we have to explain to you.

1. Duration (Little watch sign) – There you can note the time (in minutes), what your routine takes.
2. Trick Type (Cu•S•M•I) – Systematize your tricks by types. Cu = Close up magic • S = Stage magic • M = Mental magic • I = Illusion
3. Level (1 2 3 4 5) – Mark your tricks level, where number 1 means the easy or automatic trick, and number 5 means the hardest trick.
4. Spectator safe (Little pipe sign) – Mark this sign if your trick is spectator safe, and you can perform it without a mistake.
